McLane Returns Policy
RETURN POLICY:
McLane accepts returns on eligible products with prior authorization. To qualify, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage, or improper repackaging may be denied. All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Approved returns are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. Additional handling fees may apply if items are not returned in proper condition. Product must be shipped freight prepaid; collect items will not be accepted. Customers are strongly advised to insure return shipments, as McLane is not liable for loss or damage in transit. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will be processed only after the returned items have been verified as compliant with this policy. McLane reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
FACTORY DAMAGE PRODUCTS:
Claims for factory defects must be reported within seven (7) business days of receiving the item.McLane will replace, at no charge, any equipment or parts determined to be defective upon return and inspection. Defective items must be returned in their original packaging to the following address:

To qualify for replacement, all items must be returned within seven (7) days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Replacements will be for the same product originally purchased. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
TRANSIT DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If damage occurs during transit, please contact us within three (3) business days of delivery.
Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging and email them to [email protected].
DO NOT add oil or gas if the product is damaged upon inspection.
The original packaging must be kept for inspection and investigation. Claims cannot be processed if the packaging has been discarded. If the shipping carton is severely damaged, place the damaged package into a secure container for return shipping.
All returns must include the original components, cables, documentation, manuals, and accessories.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:
Request an RMA:
Contact our Customer Service team via email ([email protected]) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Label Your Package:
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.

Processing Your Return:
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll reach out to you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund/credit, as appropriate.
